Juan Garcia is the branch manager and seems to have a bad temper and money problems. He could be heard complaining on the telephone to someone about having been ripped off $2.
Everybody heard him and was embarassed for him if money is so tight for him that he would have a fit of anger over $2. Plus it was unprofessional that everyone had to listen to him crying over $2.
Embarassing and awkward for everyone. Won't be asking him for help. And it is scary that someone who is trusted with other people's money and bank accounts is so hard up for $2. Maybe he could be tempted to do something he should not do if he is so hard up for cash.
I think banks should keep track of their employees credit/financial situation to make sure that they are tempted to be dishonest.
