1st: this man is sick in the head
he locates people and businesses by using craigslist.
he will contact people online and if they are in a business, he will attempt to become an investor/partner
he will bring large cash to the table in order to make you comfortable
he will offer to do all of the financial aspects of your business
he will want to be on your bank accounts
he will ask for you to sign on his tablet/computer for something stupid
he will use your signature to copy and paste to contracts selling your businesses to him
he will transfer all of your assets out of your name with the same document
he has a notary that helps him
he will start using all of your cash from the business to pay personal bills
things will start to disappear
your employees will not be paid
your bills will start becoming deliquent
he will start sneaking in at all hours of the night stealing the invoices and things he wants to make your business appear to be neglected
once you find out, he will not show up at all during hours of opperation, and he will start transferring your mail to p.o. boxes
he will then use the contract to have you escorted out of your business by the police.
he will then, on top of everything else he has done, SUE YOU IN COURT.
he is suspected of committing arson in order to gain his insurance money.
he will do everything in his power once you catch on to these things, to destroy you, your reputation, your personal relationships with friends/family, he will alter tax documents to say he paid you obscene amounts of money, which will make you so far in debt with the irs you have to fight to get it removed.
he will lie in court on the stand, numerous times
you will have enough proof, but no one will believe you because his lawyers are helping him to commit these frauds
what will the only benefit be????

there is already a very large pattern. we are sure he has done this in other states, such as missouri, nevada, and arizona, and possibly washington.
he is thought to have multiple alias' and corporations
he is a very large scam artist.

he is cheating on the wife that he has now involved in these same scams..
he has done this to 7 people in illinois only in IL we have found he is using construction companies to pull off his scam.
construction: he pretends to be a general contractor, he is licensed and all.
he hires outside contractors to perform duties on your home/business.
he takes the money, at least a good down payment of it, or smaller ones until you trust him with larger ones, he then, all of a sudden, stops showing up, stops paying the sub contractors, stops paying for the materials he has now used your name and address to order that he is using at other job sites, then, you end up with leins on your property by all involved and you.. well, you are sitting in a non finished home for quite some time while you figure out where to come up with the cash to fix what he has done.
computers/satalite tv: he is coming in with 10,000 or more down. he is signing contracts with you that he is now a 50% owner.. he will request to do all of the paperwork for your business, and well, the story above should tell you enough
bars/restaurants: he will say he is going to finance the building in a corporation, he will have you do all of the work. you will not be paid for your work. he will then change the locks and steal the place from under you, and when it goes to court, and he is awarded the building until trial, it will mysteriously burn to the ground, with of course him being the only one with insurance..
please, beware. if you know of someone that is doing business with this man, if you have been a victim of this man.. i don't care how small of an amount, please contact us. There are 7 people in IL already coming forward, and 6 in IN as of now, we are sure there are more, we are sure people just are tired of fighting with this man and called it a loss..
