So far, we have six individuals in this area that have been a possible victim of this individual and his business.
He has a history of:
taking large sums of money from individuals to do home or commercial construction
"investing" in businesses, then using the businesses to commit fraud
falsifying tax and federal/government documents
stealing businesses from people, literally
mulitple lawsuit and insurance scams
