Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I parted ways with this company on July 8th. I was promised to be paid my managers salary two weeks later and my sales commission when all my jobs were complete. It is Dec. 26th. 2005 and they still have not paid me on my managers salary or my commissions. I have been informed that my jobs have been completed now for over 60 days. I have also talked and been corresponding by e-mail with 13 other previous employees and have heard the same story. We keep getting excuses and run arounds as to why we have not been paid. None of the reasons are viable.

All together everyones $$$ = over 100K. The company would have you believe otherwise. An appeals hearing on a conference call with Texas Work Force Commissions takes place on the 28th, 2005. I won the previous battle and Jubilee appealed it. On the 28th a final decision will be written one day after the hearing. All 13 people will be on the conference to confirm the business practice of this company. I also have first hand witnesses to confirm my owed $$'s, customers phone #'s to verify completion and paid, which I am supposed to be paid on, also former boss and employee who can verify what I am owed as to base and commission and I have a report off of the companies software showing what I am owed in commissions. I pulled all of this before I parted ways. I also have verified in writing reports showing the performance of my office when I was manager and my own personal numbers and others in the companies to show that my office had the top RPL and that I had the top closing percentage and volume compared to all salesmen in the company.

I have information that could help Robert in Missouri. He has a complaint on this site about Jubilee not pulling a permit. Jubilee is currently under investigation by the contractors committee in Minnasota for operating without a contractors license. They recieved a cease and desist letter on Dec. 21, 05 and currently had almost 1 million dollars in back log. The committee cannot discuss the matter with the public for about 30-60 more days when they finish their investigation. They have an office in Denver where an un-licensed plumber caught a house on fire with a torch while doing plumbing work. The damage was major. There are over 300 jobs in dallas texas that were installed without a permit, without a licensed plumber, and without a contractors license. This company pitches and sells one thing in the house and uses 10-12$$ per hour handymen to do what a license plumber should do. Its know wander Robert in Missouri has problems with his home. My number is 210-625-2941. I used to work as the Sales Manager for this company in Dallas. I have been in a battle with Jubilee over $$$$ owed to me since I have left them back on July 7, 05. I have great verifiable references and customer phone #'s if you would like to verify all that I have stated. This may help you Robert if you decide to take this to a higher power. The FTC may even want to get involved. The FTC would be more interested in what we tell people when we are in the house selling the job vs. how they actually carry out the so called professional install. This company owes me $$$ and to my knoweledge 12-13 other salesmen $$$. They sell integrity, and professionalism. They do not use licensed plumbers and they do not pull permits. They have installed over 3000 bathrooms nationwide and to my knoweledge did not pull permits on any of them. They are a high risk company and the public should learn about this. The media would love to learn more about Jubilee Home solutions of Minn, Dallas, Missouri, and Denver.

Today I was scheduled with the Texas Workforce Commission for an appealed hearing. I had 13 other previous reps on the call prepared to testify as to Jubilee normal business practices as far as not paying anyone there backlog in commission once they have left. I was told by the hearing officer that Jubilee requested a postponement. They were granted the delay. I still have not recieved the letter from TWC that they approved a post-poned hearing. This has been very frustrating. Jubilee has put me and 13 other previous employees off, some for over 11 months, and some for 5-7 months. I have a family to feed, and I worked very hard when I was there, I have a 6 month old little girl named Grace and a 3 year old little boy named Ethan. My wife and I have been married for 11 years and have never went through an experience like this. Do you have any attornies that would consider my case along with the 13 others. One man had child support taken out of his check by Jubilee and Jubilee never sent the $$$ to the Child support agency. He resides in Colorado, one state in which Jubilee resides. It is a felony there to do what they did to that man. I want revenge, this company is screwing more than just my family. I have the name and numbers of thirteen previous salesmen and salesmanagers and a national salesmanager with similar stories.
