Judge Mirlanda Tadal is a dimwit and I believe she is criminally prejudiced. This lady Mirlanda Tadal is not a real judge, she is a fraud and a criminal, as far as I am concerned.
Had to face her in court a couple times and it was a disheartening experience. ICE/Immigration Court "Judge" Mirlanda Tadal is the kind of moron that sits there looking at her nails during a person's testimony and then blames them becuase she clearly wasn't paying attention to the testimony. I also believe she is racist as judging by her decisions it seems she is more sympathetic to her own race and skin color. Though if Mirlanda Tadal is a racist, don't go thinking that her racism will help you as it's much more likely that Mirlanda Tadal's stupidity and cruelty will overweight any bias she might want to excercise.
Her track record of awful decisions is telling. She has been reprimanded by higher courts multiple times. Mirlanda Tadal's denial record is alarming and has surely caused suffering for many innocent people. But ICE (and DHS) are a fascist, terrorist, tyrannical, criminal, and treasonous organization so they continously let her actions slide, and probably even reward her for it. And Mirlande Tadal is not the only prejudiced "judge" on the Newark terrorist ICE panel.
She is being investigated by centers for mental health as there is a theory that immigration judges become emotionally damaged over time on duty and with time become worse and worse as judges, suffering the kind of mental illnesses that prevent them from doing the honorable duty of judge. The man that told me Mirlanda Tadal was being studied and investigated said that her track record got worse and worse with the years, and part of the theory is that after listening to so many stories of horror from asylum applicants, Mirlanda Tadal has become callous, biased, pessimistic and in general emotionally damaged to the point that she is no longer truly of mental capacity to perform this function.
Most important of all, make sure to have many people present and paying attention, witnessing Mirlanda Tadal "work," as it's more than likely that she will ignore evidence that is presented and blame you for not submitting it, she will ignore testimony and might just outright not listen, and she will hold you responsible for some nonsense that she comes up with but will only tell you that she is holding you responsible in her decision, when it's already too late.
