Simply put your order number, name and e-mail on the box.
You will not be billed as long as we recieve the product within 30 days.

I had recieved an email 5 days earlier than this one telling me to send it back to the address I recieved it from.
which is what i did. The address was not the address that you now are telling me to send it to. I HAVE ALREADY SENT THESE ITEMS BACK TO THE RETURN ADDRESS ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE. I NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT MY BANK ACCOUNT WILLL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS PROGRAM

MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED WELL AFTER THE ITEMS HAD BEEN RETURNED. I WROTE SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE MY ACCOUNT WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. ALL THESE TIMES WERE WELL BEFORE THE 30 DAYS WERE UP. YET MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS STILL CHARGED. BECAUSE OF THESE CHARGES FROM YOU MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS OVER DRAWN WHICH RESULTED IN NUMEROUS OVERDRAFT CHARGES. IT IS MY OPINION THAT JUDICIAL SUCCESS IS THEREFOR RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CHARGES AND SHOULD PAYFOR THESE CHARGES. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE FCC ALONG WITH PRIVATE COUNCIL REGARDING THIS MATTER. I WOULD APPRECIATE A TIMELY RESPONSE. UNLIKE ALL MY OTHER REQUESTS, WHICH HAVE EITHER BEEN IGNORED OR NOT EVEN READ.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE MY REFUND IS!!!! I sent back your system well enough in time, yet was still charged. I talked to customer service, they were suppose to get back with me but never did. My bank account is now over drawn and i also have checks that have bounced because you all charged my account when you should not have. This is just bad business. In my opinion you all should not only refund me what you charged onto my account but also for all the nsf charges I have incurred. If I do not recieve my money back along with some kind of reply I plan on reporting you to FCC along with BBB and I will look into sueing you also.

Although you did request information on the return within the correct time frame, it was not delivered until the 31st day. We have a 30 day return policy. Therefore it was NOT returned in time.
On normal circumstances we will refund even after the return period.
But as soon as a client starts threatening our company, we no longer offer that opportunity.
That is our policy. So you know for next time!
In fact, you at this moment still owe two payments more.
So at this time I am denying your refund.
If you would like to get the course back you will need to pay shipping charges.

I have proof of delivery as of the 18th of September. I did not recieve my package until Aug. 23rd. Your sight clearly states that you were to give me 30 RISK-FREE days to examine the Process Server Secrets and return it for a complete "No Questions Asked" prompt refund if I am not satisfied. This was returned with in that time frame. Yet you still charged my account.
