Julia Shtepa lives in Donetsk, Ukraine She do not mind showing herself on skype or viber, so she is real and dangerous. I meet her at Eastloveswest, but have also been working on Rosebrides.
Asking for money to leave donetsk area, due to war. Starts with asking help for food, then travelmoney, then help to pay deposit for apartment. She promise to pay you back, and says, she got work in beauty salons, and will pay back as soon as she gets salary. But she do not pay, and then stops to answer on any messages.
Claims not to have bank account, or knowledge of Western Union, but she prefer W.U. in order not to be traced. She is able to collect money in her own name, no matter if it is in Donetsk or Kiev, she give as address.
This woman ripped me off 1.000 US dollar, so BEWARE.
