This got sent out emails indicating his phone company sold cell phones and plans for cheap. He seems professional and honest. He tells your for a form of payment he accepts pay pal, western union, money gram, or money orders. He even offers his number so you can talk to him. 347-564-1501. Julius Scott is his supposed name. I sent a money gram of 280.00 to him . He emailed me back stating he sent my phone through UPS. The phone never came; he didnt answer my phone calls. He sometimes would pick up and then hang up.
