Jupiter Jack RIP OFF!!! CHARGED $40 FOR THIS THING I NEVER ORDERED! HAVE TO DISPUTE CHARGES WITH BANK. CALLED COMPANY THEY WOULDN'T LISTEN, SAID IT WAS TO LATE AND WE WOULD BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $20. RIP OFF! Fairfield, New Jersey

I never ordered this product and they charged me $40. I called the company to tell them I never ordered the thing and they tell me it is to late it's on it's way to me. I tell them I will send it back to them and they tell me I will be charged an additional $20 when I receive the product in the mail. I tried to explain I never order the piece of junk in the first place but the so called customer service rep kept trying to over talk me and then had the nerve to thank me for the business. I have to dispute the charges with the bank to get my money back and to keep them from charging me more money. Who are these people and how do they get away with this? I bet if I took money out of their account without there authorization they would be just as upset as me. There has to be some way to stop these companies from scamming people and stealing their money.

Is if you get stuck with that Jupiter crap..it is not worth 10 cents...it's useless.
I sell and install hands free devices since it is a law in California that you can't hold a cell phone while driving..and any hands free kit that works well..is at least 250-300 dollars, and requires actual installation and wiring.
The Jupiter crap claims "works with any phone in any car"...that statement is completely false. It doesn't work with "any" phone..and it barely works in any car.
Good luck getting your money back..I would file a report with the FTC at once.
