A problem with the car turns into $13 gone when 100% satisfaction was promissed but not recieved.When contacted for rebuttal none came,but they sure were there when a down payment was needed for there answer to a,I addmit,complicated question.But when not 100% satisfied with answer and getting it somewhere else the $13 was no longer there to be refunded.GONE! So be careful with all internet sights,I think,not only this one.Sincerely, unanswered $13.

Your complaint is really difficult to understand. Not even sure what the issue is. Perhaps your communication abilities with the company was part of the problem.
