in jan i had problems with computer and wanted advice on how to clean up my regester and remove old start up programs contacted just answer tech support. found them in aol serch. the party i was dealing with advised i would be charged if he could not help. i could not even get this person to under stand what i needed. but have not only been charged once by each mo for the past 3 mo,
