I ordered a plant for my sister in law's retirement.  It was to be delivered on Sat. May7th.  After placing the order I never received a follow up receipt by email but wasn't concerned at that point.  The plant wasn't delivered on Saturday, so on Sunday I ordered a plant from a different company for Tuesday the 10th delivery.  The plant from the second company was delivered on time on Tuesday.  Later in the day, the plant ordered from the 1st company shows up at my sister in laws door.  I talked to a rep. who said basically their "fine print" says they can deliver the next business day if delivery doesn't take place on the chosen day (Saturday).  The next business day would have been monday the 9th of May.  The plant showed up on Tuesday, the 10th.  They will not refund my money, only give me a $10.00 refund. 
 Justflowers.com shows real contempt for customers and I would advise never doing business with them.
