JUSTHOST.COM Is FRAUD! Guarantee Agreement On Their Site Is False Guarantee is a JOKE, Web Design section loaded with unsuspected ADD-ON CHARGES Wilmington, Delaware
I signed up for a simple website with JUSTHOST.COM for $3.45 per month. They advertised "Free Instant Set-up and "NO HIDDEN FEES". Total Crap! I worked for 3 days on my site and never got anywhere. Their web building area is loaded with unsuspected ways to choose "ADD-ONS. They don't inform of you of this until after you have unsuspectedly added more charges.
I cancelled after a week. They make cancelling very difficult. First you have to have your original Welcome Letter to even get started. Secondly, most everything they charge you is NON-REFUNDABLE. The same day I emailed them to cancel my account, they charged my credit card $61.54. When I cancelled all I got back was $7.95.
