I waited until Black Friday to buy the 4moms Origami Electronic Stroller as a gift as this stroller goes for $899.99. Today it was offered by JustKidsStore for $799.99. I thought it was a deal and I bought it. The website offers a price match guarantee that states they will match the price of any online retailer as long as they are not a wholesaler, auction site or liquidator.
I saw that Amazon.Com offered the stroller for $699. I contacted JustKidsStore.Com and spoke to Customer Service Manager Christi Brody. She refused to give me the price match because she believe Amazon is not an online retailer... But Amazon is the biggest online retailer there is! Everybody knows this. She further could not believe the price is this low, and further stated I got $100 off its like paying $699?? I corrected her that it is a $100 difference. I said it would be okay if they gave me a further discount, which Ms. Brody rudely reputed by saying "I cant do that, its $1000 stroller!" I canceled the order, and that's when the rudeness began. THe hassle and dealing with this small company is not worth it.
I will not be shopping from them anymore. I believe everybody should do the same as they are not a man of their word, they false advertise, and do not honor their "guarantees." Any business who continues to practice as such, could NOT be trusted, and should NOT be given type of business.
