Juvacell skin cream Have received 2 packages from them. Bank was to have denied, I have talked to them, they will refund 1 charge and agree to refund 50% of that charge.
I paid shipping on a sample of Juvacell Skin Cream, did not agree for them to send additional orders. I was charged for 1 almost $100.00 , Bank was to give information to fraud dept. Now I have been sent another and they have charged my bank account another $100.00.
Talked to their customer service. At first she refused to do anything. After my insistance, she did agree to refund me for the last order I received, Shipping it back to them 2/10/16. She did agree to refund 50% of the charge for the 1st order.
Watch out when you see this type of offer!
