The report that was filed was a fabrication designed to malign the company. There is not now nor has there ever been an "Arnold M" working for the company. As the accountant and a consultant to the company, I am aware of the practices of the company, and know that the events as described could not have happened. This was filed either by a person who did not have the qualifications to work for K&M and decided to vent his anger on this site or (giving any benefit of a doubt) it was possibly a mistake and the person had the name of the company wrong. I know K&M to be an ethical company throughout the decades it has been in business and came across this fabricated story by accident today.

All Temporaries can have this happen to them. The employer calls the temporary agency, tries you out, if they don'rt like you or you aren't doing a good job they call the temp agency and have them send someone else. How have you been ripped off? Yes, the company could have told you when you picked up your check or at least called you the evening. This is life in the world of temporaries. You aren't entitled to any pay for work you haven't done.
