I had a home party and all K B Gourmets books say the postage is : $0-$15 postage is $5.95

$15.01-$25 $6.95

$25.01-$50 $7.95

$50.01-$100.00 $8.95

Add $1 for each additional $50

I called and asked Shelley if this was for each customer and she said no it was for the whole part but for consultants it was no more than $6.95.

So I had the party and got on the web sight and ordered all of the items plus the free hostess gifts.I got an e-mail back saying the balance of the party and the shipping would be sent later cause the order was big.Order was 95.81 that I had to pay and they said I made $31.00.I pay the $95.81 and after I pay it they say I owe $20.00 for shipping.So I write and ask her why shipping is $20.00 when it says on the back of the book a different price. I only charged each person at the party 10% based on the back of the book.I asked for a number so I could speak to someone they wouldn't give me one (I got the number from paypal).

My first order they sent me the wrong soup and I wrote to them and they ignored it.It took a month to get the first order because they were waiting for one thing. This time I got one box from my order and they sent the wrong thing again so I wrote to them and told them I would send $10.00 for shipping and told her what I got in the first order and what I didn't order and asked her to send the items I didn't get so I don't have do deal with them anymore.

NOw they say I don't get the free things that you get for having the party.This company is run so poorly.They have things shipped from differnt places and expect you to pay the shipping cause they don't keep it in stock. They send the wrong items and change there mind whenever they want to. I have the book with the shipping on it, all the e-mails they have sent and the invoices. The last order I got did not come from them ,the invice says to Bill to K B gourmet.I will also keep the box for verification. I just want my stuff so I can give it to the people that bought it off me.I don't want them to be ripped off either. I think people should know about K B Gourmet because this company does not care about the people.
