1: That from now on you take care of such issues when first brought to your attention instead of making your customer's life a misery for SEVEN FREAKING YEARS!
2: That you correct whatever moral character deficits exists in your corporation that allowed this sorry affair to drag on SEVEN YEARS!
3: That you show how much you care BEFORE a customer is driven out of desperation to write you up here!
Then maybe your common stock won't be selling below $2.

K-Hov contacted me after this report was filed and sent an employee out to evaluate our issues. The gentleman they sent was extremely helpful and made sure that the truss lift issue which caused the drywall problems was corrected, as well as making sure the foundation crack was addressed.
We will see if the repairs work (it will take time to see if the 2nd story ceiling lifts again when the weather changes, and only time will tell if the foundation repair holds.)
We are extremely happy that K-Hov finally took the problems in our house seriously. We regret that it took filing complaints for this situation to be resolved.
