Town,#2Consumer Suggestion

I have worked in customer service for several years I would like to give you a little inside information. I am unsure if they are selling new furniture, if so.... you could send photos of the mattress to her by mail or email instead of having to return the mattress to them for inspection. You could also send copies of the photos and your letter to Kaeleen's to the mattress manufacturer. As for the wood slat, you did the right thing by going to Lowe's they are very inexpensive and doesn't sound like enough to really worry about, why deal with so much stress when you could take the easy resolution and not have to deal with this person. Whatever you do, try not raising your voice, accusing the person directly of something, and instead of talking to them directly mail a letter (be sure to always keep copies) that way if you need to take it further you will have documentation. I would suggest sending the photos of the mattress and a letter to both Kaeleens and the mattress manufacturer.
