SInce also realizing Marina Piscolish knows Natalie Pitre of Island Properties Hawaii and her Brother /attorney Mark Buckman and Matt Buckman who have broken into the home I had just moved into, committed battery, assault and theft and still have in their possession $300k in assets even after numerous attempts and opportunities to give back, with both of my attorneys now ready to stand witness to their horrible and destructive and incredibly emotional and physically damaging ways....

Consider this post my final CEASE AND DESIST TO ALL OF YOU. MARINA, and RITA, if you continue to slander me I will have no choice but to subpeona you to show up to court when we go for this lawsuit against Natalie , Sam rogan, Mark Buckman and Matt Buckman. Ive never in my life heard one attorney (mine) call another attorney a snake (Mark) and encourage me to work with a separate attorney just so that my other attornies could stand witness....

I have posted in the photos the real letter from my attorey's and what you will be facing if it continues.

Just to show you also, the RORS over the years trying to defamate me and slander me were all up until last year written by one person. He was FINALLY caught and put in prison for doing the same thing to about 100 other young women and PEOPLE in general and even putting an innocent woman in jail.

His name is ROBERT (ROB) LONARDO and if you google him or start to really dig, you will see how many times he copy and pasted the same thing just with other womens names and even some men and customers whos credit cards he had taken their numbers of and charged thousands of dollars to.

That is whats wrong with this site....

See its not really a person complaining and proving true bad business, its just a bunch of lies most of the time. "the fish was THHH----IIII-----SSSS---- Big!" kind of thing.

Every year since 2012 this man has posted a new report on each one of us. We even had an investigator call us and was ready to do a class action lawsuit but he ran off to St. Maarten to hide.

The name I was using at the time was my actor name and he had completely ruined that, so of course I went back to my real name. This whole thing of me chaning my name over and over is becuase he clearly mistyped it over and over or couldnt remember from all the people he had hurt that it turned into ME being the one to keep changing my name. The only reason I even used  a stage or acting name was because I was told to by my agent when i first began acting and modeling.

Anyway. Please do your research.  That would clear up the from here to florida thing because He litterally posted in every single city that I lived in at the time. People can post things about poeple or businesses in cities they are not even in.

Its really sad this site.

No one ever broke into anything.

Rita was what most would consider bipolar. This is why I lost my two roommates in the first place and ended up taking the house by myself and ONLY with the approval and go-ahead that I could rent the other rooms out on airbnb. 

I spent A LOT of money on the house and TIME only to have Rita scare away my guests and have temper tantrums for people using air conditioner. 

Honestly, Im a business woman through and through and I never would have moved into that house and paid $4900 every month without knowing there was a business deal in the mix. 

Sadly, in the move - or rather- kick out - some very valuable and sentimental items were kept from me that I had, like my guardian angel picture with my mom and I and my journal that i wrote in to my son every week that I wanted to give to him when he was 18, and a poem my mother wrote before she died that I had in a frame.

I have to learn to let that go, HOOPONOPONO. I hope that Marina and Rita can forgive me for any wrong doing as well and know that I take responsibility for what was my fault.

ONe thing I don't like at all is greedy people. Marina makes about $15000 a month off that property which is well over her mortgage. My dad looked it all up when I first moved in because despite what you may think, he was also a part of that business deal and is able to be witness to all of this. 

He even spoke with Rita and made sure she put the AIRBNB ok in the lease before I signed it. But if you want, you can look at the photos on the listing I posted.  

Honestly, I wish we could all just say nice things and move on. Take responsibilty and pay it forward to others when they are in need. INstead, all these lies hurt people and I have to sit here for an hour typing the facts in the hopes that people will read it all and not just the headline.

Marina, Rita, if you're reading this, know that I am sorry for whatever stress this caused you. I hope that we can all take responsibilty for our own actions and learn to be more compassionate and honest.

I would like for us all to be transparent and state our names. you say you would believe this person over me but you didnt take your time to  read the other report?

Who are your "friends" that have been scammed by me?

 Your lame rebuttal is not believable since you have a trail of lies from Florida to Colorado to Hawaii. These are people that have never had contact with each other and you are the common scamming thread. Having been involved in the legal field, a judges decision is based on the legal parameters, not necessarily the truth. The truth is something you clearly can’t understand , since that is something that you do not practice. I think you need to go back close to family and get some serious psychiatric help. You are oblivious to what the truth is and how harmful you have been to others and yourself. Your yoga can’t help your mental problem, you need help.

I would believe this homeowner over Kai (who leeps changing her name to stay ahead of the law).

I am still owed $1000 from Rita Allen. They also broke into the home and stole very sentimental items of mine as well as locked My dog outside without food and water when I was away. Anyway, the think should clear it all up.
