Milledgeville liquidation depot has 3 vendors. We never had any complaints with any other vendor. Had Milledgeville liquidation depot knew that this company was owned by Steven or Marlene Gray. We never would have dealt with them. We have had the opportunity to know Mr Gray at the Glendale park and swap. Not who he claims to be.

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, April 25, 2017

I am the owner of the company mentioned in this report. I believe the record should be set straight.

First, this load of merchandise mentioned by Mr. Merchant came from a company called The Recon Group. Kairos did not own this load, it was sold to Mr. Merchant, through us, as a third-party. The Recon Group is a good company with a system which validates loads before they leave the warehosue. Every pallet is scanned in and verified. According to the representative of TRG, "every once in a while we may disco er a few pieces missing, but it is impossible that 50% of a load was forgotten". The scanning program used will not allow a truck to leave until everything is accounted for.

We are fully confident that Mr Merchant received what he paid for. We have pictures of the load when it left the facllity and when it arrived. The truck was completly full. Furthermore, Mr Merchant has been in the industry for a long time and seems to have problems with multile vendors. Our company has a stellar reputation in the industry and we stand behind our business. In the case that a minor discrepancy existed with the manifest, Mr Merchant was offered credit to assist in future purchases which he refused.

We are always willing to work with any company if we are in the wrong. However, 50% of a load missing is simply not possible. If a lawsuit has been filed, we have no knowledge of it. We take slander very serious and will be following this process closely.
