""By the way, don't listen to what the media tells you about Universal healthcare in France, or in Canada about having to wait for several months to get treatment. It's all a bunch of lies fabricated from the Corporate Media under the direction of the Health Insurance Companies and several right-winged nut-cases. I have friends in Canada and they LOVE the Universal Healthcare"" I LIVED in Europe for over 13 years. IF you are on the "publically funded" health plan-YOU WAIT, and you WAIT A LOT. IF you've got the money to pay and additional PREMIUM, you get treated much quicker and you have a broader choice of doctors to see. I lived in Europe as an employee and as an employer. If you're on the minimum plan (you pay nothing, or a minimal amount) you will WAIT for certain treatments, but if you can pay the voluntary additional premiums, you have broader and quicker health care options.

I am actually with Kaiser, I haven't had any problems with them except with their customer service. Their customer service representatives are rude, but not only that, they are STUPID!!!! EVERYONE OF THEM! But, you should not just blame Kaiser, blame the AMERICAN HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. The USA ranks DEAD LAST in healthcare out of ALL industrialized countries and ranks 42nd in the world between all countries. It doesn't matter if your with Kaiser, United Healthcare, Blue Cross, Aetna. They all suck! All they want is your money, they don't care a lick about you! Did you know that for every $100 that you pay in premiums, $30 goes to pay the CEOs ridiculous salaries. The CEO of United Healthcare earns a salary of $1.78 Billion! Hopefully with Obama coming into office, he will do what he said he will do to improve healthcare, and hopefully there won't be any filibusters from congress to stop him. And hopefully someday we will be on a single payer health care plan where everyone has MediCARE and it's paid for out of taxes. It will be cheaper than premiums for most people and there will be no more Co-pays, deductibles, or greedy insurance companies to deal with anymore. Just like France. By the way, don't listen to what the media tells you about Universal healthcare in France, or in Canada about having to wait for several months to get treatment. It's all a bunch of lies fabricated from the Corporate Media under the direction of the Health Insurance Companies and several right-winged nut-cases. I'm sorry to hear your story.. But what I don't understand is,- why do you blame Kaiser? YOU went into another direction than suggested (I understand) YOU took it to arbitration (well your decision) YOU hired a lawyer (yes, you pay..) YOU lost, so basically the court sided with Kaiser. You should be angry at yourself trying to pull somthing through, or be mad at your lawyer or the court.. The court basically said you are wrong..
