Cleverboy Kareem Eugene AKA Eugene Thompson AKA Eugene Matthews AKA Boban Gavrovski (which is who his websites are registered to) thinks he can get away with stealing from American girls.
This little scammer contacted me along with many other females all over the U.S.to model in his calendar and website. I'll admit that although I immediately thought his "designs" were distasteful, it was a paid photoshoot so I didn't care. He offered to pay for the flight/hotel/food as well as a fee for my time. He says he found me through model mayhem. He was very energetic and convincing, not gonna lie, the guy is good, still a schmuck though. He sells himself quite well and said in order to avoid being stood up he ALWAYS requires models to pay for half the flight in order to make sure they're serious.
I asked my roommate who happens to travel for modeling to make sure this wasn't totally absurd and she said she's paid 100% of flight and was reimbursed later. He asked for $125 which I didn't think was a whole lot, although $125 X's however many girls he's done this to adds up. I sent him $125 through Western Union ($137 including fees). I usually prefer paypal but he said paypal takes longer so he prefered WU. He used the name Kareem Eugene and the Address was in Toronto although I've checked with WU and they say he picked up from Windsor.
Soon after I called him up to give him the MTCN # and he said I was rad....of course I was rad, easy money and I fell for his S--t. He said he'd call me later that night with flight details but never did. Over the next few days he'd call to give random details and instructions but never flight details. He was always busy with meetings and photoshoots he said. Eventually I never heard back nor did he call back when i called. He also mentioned the dead father thing to me that some people keep saying he did. I have a number that an older woman answers occasionally and he's never there when she answers.
Clever boy Kareem, Eugene, Boban or whatever his name is think's he's gonna get away with this. We'll see about that....
