When I brought my Jetta for an "oil and filter special" service, my window was broken and my radio was stolen and the dealer said he wasn't responsible. He said that if they had to reimburse every customer they had it would bankrupt their delarship. What a piece of crap...now there isn't anything that would bring me satisfaction if they closed their doors forever.
