Karshner Sales has been under new ownership for a few years now. The new owners are great. I have had them do many inside and outside home repairs and remodeling. Don't base you opinion on comments from 2004, especially since they are laced with a personal vendetta against the prior owner. This is a very respected company in the Lancaster Ohio community.

First---Jack Reynolds is a wonderful person and would help anyone with anything. 2nd--the kitchen he designed and built for me is beautiful. I do not believe the accusations made--sounds like a mental case to me. 3rd--Jack Reynolds has not owned Karshners for several years---so why don't you get a life--do something constructive--help and feed the poor--work in a soup kitchen--lastly, sign your name!!!!! how cowardly to make all these accusations with no accountability!!!!!!!!!!

I was researching Kasrsher Sales to find a current e-mail address and I could not believe the information I found. First of all, Karshner Sales has been under new ownership for about the last two years. This websites outdated posts are not at all fair or accurate in promoting business for the new ownership. Second, I've been in the building/contracting Interior Design business for the last 30 plus years. As a woman I've worked with many male contractors. 98% of them have been respectful and professional and Mr. Jack Reynolds is in that catagory. I've many times seen married couples with domestic issues try building new homes and home improving to pre-occupy their time and minds when other aspects of their relationships aren't going well. This also leads to people complaining about anything they can find to get out of paying the expenses for these projects when all has fallen apart every where else. This happens more than we care to see especially when difficult economic times come into play. This situation reflects this type of client. This presents problems for contractors in many dangerous and uncomfortable aspects for all involved. If the two complaints I've seen weren't happy with the work done, the BBB or the court system there are other avenues they could have gone. I can't believe they went through all of the above and got no resolution. Maybe it was obvious to all. It's very easy for everyone to be wrong when your emotionally unhappy. But in both of these complaints they seem to take a revengeful turn which results in ugly endings on internet websites. I have worked with Mr. Reynolds for about 15 years and have never ever seen any unprofessional or sexist characteristics. to me or my clients I was appaulled when I read these posts. This was suppose to be about the job. The s**t should have been deleted due to the fact that it is hear say and could promote slander ramifications. Many the the remarks from these women were mean and uneccessary to get their point across on less than adequate work they say was done. I know Mr. Reynolds hasn't seen this trash and I'm not even going to bring it to his attention. He has been more than accomodating when problems arise. One must be realistic and really want resolutions. He has done much work for my clients with very happy homeowners and referrals from those projects. These posts show very bad taste in the purpose of this website. The client needs to present themselves with the respect they want and desire out of a business. These women should be ashamed !!!!! These posts need to be removed due to the fact it doesn't reflect the business practices of the new ownership and it really doesn't reflect the honest service that Mr. Reynolds provided. I'm suprised your editors really let these posts on with such slander.
