records will prove there was no service given. i hired her it took her four hours to respond to me. i had ask for a refund becuase she didn"t get back to me and every other person i have hired on that site got back to me in few minutes no later. so i started to get worried i was being taken so that was why i ask for a refund so i contacted kasabama they told i had to contact her to get her to issue a invoice for 0 dollars then my money would be refunded this was kasabama support response Our records show that you have a session in 'hire' mode with your Expert 'SESLEY'. You have $16.00 reserved, pending the outcome of this session, but you have not yet been charged this amount. Only when you confirm an invoice for this session will you actually be charged.

According to our policy, we cannot cancel this agreement without the consent of both the expert and the client. At this point, you may request from the expert a $0 invoice in order to cancel the session. Once you receive the $0 invoice, you will have to confirm it to close the session. Alternatively, you may also request that the expert contact Kasamba Support, requesting that the session be canceled. We will then be able to issue the $0 invoice on the expert's behalf.

so i did just that i ask her to that . but i was never given my money back so she said i could do a readung to make it fair so i responded back to her

guess i will take you up on your offer i mean what it would be dishonest to take my money and not give me a service in return i'm not a mean person in anyway i am just a busy mum i don"t have alot of time . so give me a time you will be available including time zone so i know thanks everthing i said is true it would dishonest to take someone money and not give a service for which they paid for infact it is fraud and agianst the law this was her response
