Your ideas are great IF LivePerson actually wants to prevent fraud. If you or anyone else can think of ways to better provide honest customer service, I am sure a CEO has thought of it - and so, they have already chosen not to provide that honest service. What is more disturbing is that this is occuring under the heading of "Spirituality" - not used cars. Negative feedback comments should stay up - that is for sure. If we have to read over the top fantastic feedback which usually proves wrong down the line - we should be able to balance that with the negative remarks. No reader should be able to charge over 5 dollars a minute - if Kas takes 40 percent that still leaves at least 2.5 a min for the reader ..which is at least 150 bucks an hour. Well above minimum wage I'd say. They work a couple hours a day they are set. Anything more than that smells of scam. That Liveperson would allow such gross prices per minute for unproven, unidentified readers which need to hide under the disclaimer legally of entertainment only - tells me they are in on the money gouging. If LivePerson wants to run a reputable honest business - stop charging inflated rip off prices, leave in all feedback, prominently display the disclaimer, identify your contractors and verify their backgrounds.

The CEO of LivePerson read the US Justice Department's paper on corporate fraud. In particular the following parts: Corporations should not be treated leniently because of their artificial nature nor should they be subject to harsher treatment. Vigorous enforcement of the criminal laws against corporate wrongdoers, where appropriate, results in great benefits for law enforcement and the public, particularly in the area of white collar crime. Indicting corporations for wrongdoing enables the government to address and be a force for positive change of corporate culture, alter corporate behavior, and prevent, discover, and punish white collar crime. Certain crimes that carry with them a substantial risk of great public harm, e.g., environmental crimes or financial frauds, are by their nature most likely to be committed by businesses, and there may, therefore, be a substantial federal interest in indicting the corporation. Corporations are "legal persons," capable of suing and being sued, and capable of committing crimes. Under the doctrine of respondeat superior, a corporation may be held criminally liable for the illegal acts of its directors, officers, employees, and agents. To be held liable for these actions, the government must establish that the corporate agent's actions (i) were within the scope of his duties and (ii) were intended, at least in part, to benefit the corporation. In all cases involving wrongdoing by corporate agents, prosecutors should consider the corporation, as well as the responsible individuals, as potential criminal targets. A corporation can only act through natural persons, and it is therefore held responsible for the acts of such persons fairly attributable to it. Charging a corporation for even minor misconduct may be appropriate where the wrongdoing was pervasive and was undertaken by a large number of employees or by all the employees in a particular role within the corporation, e.g., salesmen or procurement officers, or was condoned by upper management. KASAMBA THINKS IT IS SAFE. ON THE ADVICE OF A TOP US ATTORNEY, KASAMABA CAN BE AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR CORPORATE FRAUD. THE COMPANY OWNERS AND THEIR STAFF, OR AT LEAST THEIR MANAGERS, ARE NOT SAFE FROM PROSECUTION. We actually told Kasamba Support they were enabling fraud in our response to the email about the weak guy (MASTER Z) sting. We also couldn't resist letting them know that the idiots put one of the biggest con artists on Kasamba on the first news letter, or that she is currently running three profiles. I mean how bad is that - the fact that Kasamba support actually think no-one knows they are perpetrating mass fraud. Oh and we sent them the screenshots of weak guy-I mean he wasn't getting much business on the sexsite anyway. One gay client suggested he pack it in in his rating cos he couldn't even pull of that sort of script anymore...lol..probably why he switched to woman. I couldn't resist having a little peak at some of the other men in the listing (I know.... but...while I was there) and they were way younger and made him look like an old wannabe. It would have cost him more for the featured listing than he made from his one female client (since October) so it look like he kept the profile because he like hurting people - real spiritual - NOT! You know Lucy, over the time I have been watching Kasamba I think that they are getting worse. Rather than initiate forms of quality control they are busy working things like a ratings black list so they can 'catch/ more negative comments. Kasamba do not case about clients, only about making money and with a bit of luck that may be their big mistake
