Complaint Review: Kasamba - New York Nationwide

These rates are truly ridiculous. Not only do you have to fork over $20/min, but they aren't even accurate readings. these people are such a joke!

Since any US Federal agency is pretty potent such as the IRS - if they were to receive numerous complaints, there is a chance they might take a look at the records. Since only a year ago they started with the W9's they might wonder was the previous years taxes paid (lots of penalty and interest) - they may alert state tax agencies to see if they are getting their share - they may look at each reader and audit their tax forms against other income, they may check to see how many foreign country readers are taking money out of the country and if any needs to be paid to the US since Live Person is in NYC - there is a myriad of rules and all it takes is some interest on their part if they think they can recoup money. Also the legality of psychic services on the web in each State. With Gov Spitzer of NY having to resign due to the IRS being notified of some suspicious bank transactions - once the IRS was notified of the transactions they did an indepth tracking of the money. Of course I dont know if they would be interested - but if there is a chance they feel money is not being rightfully paid into the gov't's coffers you just dont know. What's intestering and I dont know the answer - is since the readers claim they are providing a service covered by entertainment only - it is an entertainment service we purchase - does that leave us open to having to pay a sales tax? If you buy a book or movie you pay sales tax....

My IRS posts are not narrowed down to just the kasamba website. My IRS posts are for "any" psychic with "any" website that have rippped off their clients with the bogus buying of spells, candles, hex and curse removals, etc. We all know that kasamba experts will take clients offsite to perpetuate this kind of fraud. They are directed to contact the psychics off site and/or directed to personal websites, personal emails, or instant messages. This is when they start asking for the monies for these kinds of fraudulent things. So, I am not wrong. I am sure when experts are doing their scams with spells, hex removals, etc. they would prefer to keep 100 percent of the monies collected thus taking the client offsite to do so. Like I said the IRS posts are not narrowed down to just "Kasamba".

I am talking about "any" psychic from "any" site who have ripped people off with bogus spellwork, candle buying, hex removals, etc. This is information for "anyone" who have been ripped off with the classic gypsy scam. They can get help from the IRS and do not have to feel like they are totally helpless. If this does not pertain to kasamba thats ok but it can be used with those readers who take clients offsite and direct them to another website. It does pertain to readers who take clients off of the kasamba site to lure them into this sort of thing and thats the "classic gyspy con game." Now that does happen. This is not strictly for "Kasamba."

actually Karen I have to correct you there,, If a peron works on kasamba they are in fact paying taxes because kasamba has manditory w9 forums. for the united states and canada's verson of taxation.. In other countries they have to do the same. They started that a year ago. any one who refused to give their tax id info was removed from teh site. So The IRS will ignore any complaints because the experts pay taxes and they will direct you toa consumer affairs place like the BBB

Reporting these things to the IRS will do some good. They are not paying taxes these rip off artists and the IRS will help you recoup your money back. So yes, complaing to theim with a LEGITIMATE complaint in regard to being ripped off with the classic Gypsy scam is a good idea. Gyspy psychic scams dot com. There is some information there. You can report them to the IRS AND BBB. Both agencies WILL take action but as you said 99% of the claims here are not legitimate.

The only thing the IRS will look at is if an expert is paying taxes. And thats if they live in the United States. So complaining to them will not do any good. But complaining to the BBB would get things check out. Problem is 90% of these post are lying BS so they wont get reported any where but here!

It really is too time consuming and pointless. I noticed that my consumer comment that Susan McDowell alias Susan from South Hampton alias Mary Anne from Wyoming was posted. It was a copy of her acceptance as an expert on Kasamba. She of course was the person who posted about me being a psychic stalker. However, she contradicted herself many times in the posts. So much for her credibility. Karen from Henderson also contradicts herself. Someone posted about her firstly saying taking legal recourse was stupid and then she recommended it. Then of course there was the criticism of Debbie going to the IRS and then she recommends it. Finally here is a little post she made sometime ago about publishing details about an expert, in this case the real name of Angels for You. Yet, she clearly has no problem with people publishing my name and other details about me. Couldn't this also be said for the person who started this post. Several time this person has been asked to show us some kind of press release that shows this woman died.. Like an obit. Now if this was really true that she killed herself just based on what someone at kasamba said then the tabloids would at have aired that story long ago.. No lawyer would take a wrongful death case like this because .. Why? they would have to prove that she killed herself based on this expert.. and unless she said In chat." I am going to kill myself" and the expert said " you have fun with that" there is no liability here kasamba's policies states that they are not responsabily for the advice. Due to their policies they cant release the transcripts but if things are as this person says getting a court order would be no problem. I can verify that they definately edit ratings as they have changed one of my own. In another instance I left a derogatory statement about one reader and they deleted it. Kasamba say they take no responsibility for the advice "experts" give out however when Kasamba is manipulating the ratings to suit themselves, surely Kasamba must take some responsibility.

I had one reading with this so called psychic based. It was actually about a work situation and she turned out to be very wrong. But the dear woman who committed suicide had many many readings both on and off Kasamba with this person. This woman got caught up in all the BS that SunShiningUponU spun as she was having issues with a man. SunShiningUponU said they were destined to be together then he married someone else. The woman based her faith on the ratings. In fact, she kept saying in emails to Friend's Husband's wife "look at what so and so said about Sun-so of course she HAS to be right with me". The insistence by this charlatan that they would be together occurred over quite a long period of time - more than a year and of course the woman who passed spent a lot of money on these readings. Until I read these reports I didn't know that Kasamba allowed psychics to wite their own ratings or that Kasamba altered ratings. So the point is that Kasamba is allowing these people to give false impressions about the ability of the psychics can and does have tragic CONSEQUENCES. The family's legal firm has q lot of written evidence that point to the invovement of this so called psychic in the woman's death. all the transcripts emails, bank statements etc. They have transcripts, emails, and a journal written by the woman as well as a suicide note. It is possible to get the real name of the psychic from Kasamba by court order so I wonder if it is possible to get the names of the people who rated her or at least to find out some way if the ratings were done written by her or her friends. It will all come out eventually. As you know these things take time and it is, of course, up to the family. Something needs to be done about this firm. As I read more and more it becomes clearer that vast numbers of people are being really hurt as well as ripped off My wish is for SunShiningUponU to be exposed so she can be stopped. She appears to have this way of sucking people in by acting so excited that they have found their soulmate and so happy for them. But it is just a matter of time and they will live happily ever after. That is her modus operandi - and to predict a future of happiness for the person as soon as things come together. Of course when the predictions don't work out she blocks the client and/ortells them it doesn't happen because it is their fault but apparently that is a common ploy. She appears not to care about the client once she is confronted with the fact that the predictions did not eventuate and dumps them. There are few words that I can write strong enough to describe the evil in such a woman. I have seen some of of the communications and SunShiningUponU says she saves time for prayer everyday, yet she writes that someone has too myth hate in them to be loved (imputing that is why the man married someone else).

If she has friends it's easy enough to make that crap up just to boost the ratings. It's simple really. Register. Gab for a bit. Rate excellent. Heck she could do this for herself if she wanted to. It's easy enough to do and definately not monitored. I wouldn't rely on those ratings as the gospel. Seems as though some out there do just what I mentioned above.

You can write all the nasty posts that you want but the fact remains that a woman committed suicide because of SunShiningUponU. I am a relative of the wife of 'Friend's Husband'. I too had a reading with this woman that turned out to be wrong. The woman who passed spent a lot of money and SunShiningUponU PROMISED her predictions would come to pass. We have the transcripts. So do the legal firm that is representing the family. Friend's Husband has an email from Kasamba Support telling him they do not give out details about experts unless it is by court order. It is not up to me to make that decision but from what I am told the family is NOT going to let this go. The family may pursue a wrongful death case or just give it to the media. One thing is for sure it WILL be revealed in due course. The legal firm representing the family have all the details-transcripts, a suicide note and SunShiningUponU should be very worried. Maybe you had better prepare to be a character witness in the future for this so called psychic. Of course that would mean revealing your identity. This so-called psychic didn't even care that she caused the death of this woman - she just wanted the money. It will ALL come out when the time is right. The so-called psychic has also changed her profile since she took the hiatus from Kasamba (the day after Friend's Husband informed her his wife's friend had passed). That indicates perhaps she is a little worried. SunshiningUponU is a greedy, self-interested fraud and the truth WILL come out. The wheels are already in motion. She must be stopped from hurting people and her true identity must be revealed. Y0u can be her supporter if you like but you'll be clinging on to a sinking ship!!!!

I also had several reads with her more than a year ago - they were also completely wrong - none of the predicted events in any arena of life played out. So I am glad to see I am not the only one. I just do not get it, I see these fabulous reviews, with comments as to predictions coming true (not just for this reader) and then for me - nothing. I truly do not get it, can it be most of the client feedback is wrong or about fairly logical predictions such as a fight with an existing boyfriend and the reader predicts he will call....which is a pretty safe bet. This site has at least given me comfort that I am not the only one.

I had a read with Sun and she told me my relationship would develop further with a man and named two months which were relevant to us being on our way to committment. The first month she gave, we actually broke up. The second month she gave, I started seeing someone else. So this is proof to me that Sun's accuracy is highly questionable.
