I am sorry I did not recieve any information nor an email stating that Alliance had responded to my email until today. Interesting. Anyway Jackie, you responded asking in one of your responses that you wanted me to show you where I had only 72 hours to see a Dr. I was told that bu YOUR representative in YOUR customer serviceless. Is was ONLY asking your company to return the $305.00 for my ticket, not a national disaster as your company make it out to be. Secondly when I purchased the phony insurance your conpany told me that if there were any problems that I would ever have and could not use the ticket, I could get reimburrsed. YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM! YOUR COMPANY WAS FORCED TO CHANGE IT NAME IN ORDER TO STAY IN BUSINESS. THATS MY OPINION.

We already tried that. Unplug your mouse and keyboard from your computer and try to work on it. Even trying a remote access would not work. Can not access numbers, passcodes, etc. Kaspersky was unable to provide any thing except to shove it off on hardware issues. Of coarse "MY FAULT" My rebuttal to that is when I go into mini Xp, I have all services except hard drive, going into BIOS I have mouse and keyboard. I attempted to run XP repair disc with no results.

Try to do a "system restore" back to out of box status. The computer company may be able to assist remotely since this Kapersky completely messed up your computer. Good luck.
