Kasumba Counselling "experts" "clinical Therapist M.S.P.C. Sharon Bruce - Stacey Scott - Kathleen Finnegan Etc These so-titled "experts" are supposedly licensced counselours, some even claim to be PhD Internet
WATCH OUT! This website claims to have LICENSCED professionals for counselling questions. You pay for sessions that you have pre-authourized within your limits. I placed ten dollars only, and watched the dollar amount charge me SIXTY FIVE!!! The Kasumba account helpers REFUSE to acknowledge the limit I placed on the card info page.
They refuse to adjust the overcharge. AND one session for twenty was refunded when the counselour asked it to be for me, only Kasumba STOLE the refund amount, completelty not authourized!! And applied it to the overcharge I was disputing!!
The horrid part is, the licensce numbers are not shown anywhere , just implied they are on file with Kasumba company, and yet, come a massive reason for complaint, and Kasumba refused to supply one when needed for grievance to the psychology board.
Seriously suspicious, no legitimacy to this company, and NO intelligent responses with their office, just petty not rational arguements, and careless fraud. Like so? who will make us not steal from your card info??
I feel sorry for people with counselling needs, mine was to ask for professionals for life/death child need, and having a limited budget, this was more a scary waste of time, and money, and a walk into fraud-ville, online, with not one single qualified, and some very very suspicious losers masquerading as if they have degrees in psychology.
Do NOT fall prey for the card page, the limit you authourize is ignored, false, and a set-up.
