ms duncan wrote this incredible piece of liueterature describing a dear friend of hers that she tried to steal a trademark that was illegally filed to a company that didnt exist . ms duncan or lady kay as shes officially reffered to tried to embezzle and extort the new owner of the corporation by illegally filing a name swap on a trademarked partially owned by her and the previous owner. what she failed to realize however is that the new owner made copies of the mail that she told him not to open when she sent documentation as evidence that she gave notice to the previous owner. 

The owner also taped recorded all their conversations which he is about to hand over to the federal authorities when the time is appropriate to demonstrate that KAY DUNCAN IS A THIEF AND A LIAR WHO TRIED TO USE THE FEDERAL SYSTEM WITH THE USPTO TO PERPETUATE HER FRAUD. WHAT LADY KAY ALSO DIDNT KNOW IS THAT THE PRESIDENT OF THE USPTO IS A FRIEND OF THE OWNER, MAYBE IF LADY KAY HAD SPOKE TO THE OTHER GENIUS FIRST THEY COULD HAVE COMPARED NOTES. ENCLOSED IS THE LETTER THAT LADY KAY THE CASTING DIRECTOR SENT TO THE NEW OWNER ON HER OWN EMAIL STATIONARY (BUT BECASUE ITS TRADEMARKED WE CAN MENTION IT HERE FOLKS)

NOW LADY KAY YOUR A LIAR TO THE GOVERNMENT AND TO YOUR LONG TIME FRIEND THAT YOU TRIED TO STEAL A COMPANY TO GO INTO BUIUSNESS WITH THE NEW OWNER BUT YOUR GREED AND IGNORANCE GOT THE BEST OF YOU SO YOU TRIED TO TURN THE TABLES BUT IT DIDNT WORK, MAYBE YOU SHOULD SEND YOURSELF A COPY OF THIS LETTER ...ANY WAY FOLKS HERE IT IS WITHOUT ANY ALTERATIONS...

This should help you to understand his behavior. Below you will find the profiled behavior of a sociopath which fits. Sociopaths hold it together a long time. They are charming. Then their charm breaks down and they lose it, hence, John Gacy, Ted Bundy. They begin to do the wildest, stupidest things because not only are they mentally broken, but they are mentally breaking down completely. You can see the total resemblance. This will help you to understand who and what you are dealing with. Most people do not understand the definition of a Sociopath. Sociopaths are not normal and do not operate under a normal person's thought process/pattern which means you cannot expect their behavior to match what you "think" should be and is appropriate behavior. There is no rhyme or reason to their behavior, no explanation and no way to predict their behavior which can be completely random, sporadic and totally bizarre.

What I have found in business is the best thing you can do is hold your tongue on anything to say about him from an emotional perspective, which I know is hard at this point, because you have every right to be totally pissed. But, instead to comment repeating a rehearsed non-emotional business statement to those that would ask--it can be "He is no longer in the company's employment." and that's it. End of conversation. Then talk about the business and making money. Keep the focus of the conversation off him totally no matter who you are talking to, because there are those that will repeat everything you say about him and you want to give him nothing in hearsay. You only talk about what you want your best client to hear, because you can bet he/she will hear AND REPEAT whatever is said. If you show professionalism where he is concerned in every way it will blow over and he will bury himself in running his mouth. That way you look good, the client's love you because they know you can be professional and show grace under pressure in a business that is always pressurized--this is important to the client that wants to know you can keep things under wraps and not wear everything on your sleeve. It is imperative that the general public not know your private business. What you show is the positive side of Unique--remembering in the back of your mind, he is history--You are the future and Unique is doing fabulous. People believe what they perceive. Give them them right perception which is You and Unique are doing well and busier than ever.

Profile of the Sociopath Glibness and Superficial Charm

Manipulative and Conning They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

Grandiose Sense of Self Feels entitled to certain things as "their right."

Pathological Lying Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

Shallow Emotions When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

Need for Stimulation Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

Callousness/Lack of Empathy Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others' feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.
