Complaint Review: KC Truby - Casper Wyoming

Your entire post was a utilization of misdirection of the real complaint and failed to address the one complaint I had.

Yes I signed up for a course, there is no denying that.  I asked you specifically if you could mail me the PHYSICAL course and you said YES.  You told me you would mail it, then when I emailed you about it a while after it didn't arrive you said it was out of stock but you would have one sent to me shortly (why would you say that if you wern't going to do it?).  

You mention 100 emails, I count 22 in your response and they all appear to be pulled from your automated email system.  How about pull the emails I sent you directly, where are those?  You left out the emails I sent you asking for the physical course and your responses to those.  This deception is called lack of integrity Mr Truby. 

Facts:

I did not care about your 2 year M&A video "club".

I never intended to watch the videos in your "club".

I ONLY paid you for the PHYSICAL course that YOU agreed to mail to me (not an ebook, this was very clear).  We spoke about it being shipped through the mail.

I paid in the manner that you advised when asking for the physical course whether that was a lump payment or through your membership it made no difference to me.

You have emails from me reminding you that I never received the physical product.

You replied AND ACKNOWLEDGED me concerning said physical product and said it was "out of stock" or something along those lines.

You said you would mail it in "x" time frame which never happened.

I wanted your course to read at my own pace, not some drawn out 2 year lectures that were never relevent to my situation at hand.  

Now for a bigger problem.

You are a company.  I am an individual.

I did not post your personal email address along with your name for spammers, indexers, crawlers, and others to obtain.  I posted public information freely available from your company.

You have now posted my personal email address which completely violates the trust of your site and your users.  I have read your privacy policy and not one sentence includes a provision to disclose my email address because of a public valid complaint. 

This is the closest line that you could lean on in your privacy policy "We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or to protect the operations of our users".  Please point out the terms and conditions you were trying to enforce or the operations of your users your were trying to protect (not monetarily because legally it is not read that way) by disclosing my personal information.

This would be no different than your cable company posting your personal email address in a public response to a dispute.  Grounds for a lawsuit for violating your own privacy policy.  I don't believe your post can be removed so I will seek damages as they arise especially since you have now severly jeprodized safety.

You obviously have good records and put a great deal of thought into your post. 

As a responsible human being, and business, you could have spent less energy in apologizing for the mistake publicly and you could have come out looking like the better man but instead you've validated who you are, someone who doesn't provide what was paid for and then makes excuses while revealing private customer information to the public.  

The court of public opinion can decide if your actions were appropriate in every major review forum available if you so choose.   

This customer paid us $100 for M&A training in 2014.   For the next 24 months, he was invited to attend weekly training classes held live and online on how to find, buy and fix small businesses in distress.  The attendee list is not archived at gotomeeting that far back so I have no idea if he attended the classes or not.    Why he is complaining now is a mystery.  I'm also surprised that he knows so much about our training if he never received anything.  

Below you will see a small series of the over 100 emails sent to Thomas inviting him to watch the video training material.  

We find this complaint to be without merit.
