DruAnne Keegan is the head of a single person law firm called Keegan and Associates. She's as dumb as a box of hammers. DruAnne Keegan of Keegan and Associates is so dumb she doesn't understand evidence or SLAPP. DruAnne Keegan of Keegan and Associates was asked by a potential client about the number of cases she has. She claimed 12, yet it couldn't be verified with any court. DruAnne Keegan of Keegan and Associates was upset because she acted like Lynn Westmoreland on the Colbert Report. I am not connected with this attorney, this firm, or even this state's bar in any way. Nonetheless, I can spot a disgruntled ex-client or disgrunteled ex-employee when I see one, although I can't tell, from your report, which one you are. I'm not about to rat you out but, if Ms. Keegan sees this report, I hope you're d**n well prepared for a defamation lawsuit. If you want to make statements to the effect that someone is a n**i, or supports islamo-fascism, or whatever other derogatory comment you can come up with, in a public forum, you better be prepared to back up such statements, especially when made against a lawyer. I thus advise you to do one or more of the following: 1) File a grievance with your state's bar association. 2) Retract your previous statements. 3) Substantiate your previous statements with facts. Otherwise, start saving up some money to defend yourself against a serious lawsuit. Your complaint may well be valid, and valid complaints are more than welcome on RoR. But unsubstantiated vitriol is pretty much defamation under any state's laws. Best regards!
