I had a bad experience with this Psychic. I was traveling overseas when I first called her. She seemed to mumble about this and that .... very  unclear. I spent 12 mins trying to figure out what she was saying. I told her I wanted a refund. She said "don't write me a bad feedback, I will send you free minutes". Then she sent me free mins to use when I returned. I tried to call her a few times but she didn't seem to honor the free minutes. She picked up once and asked me if I was using free minutes. When I said "yes" she hung up. I spent a lot on the first call but it's too late to get a refund. Keen only honors 72 hours for a refund. I lost money.
