Kel Taylor Kelvin J Taylor Stole $48.00 from my PAYPAL & BANK ACCOUNT Marsden Queensland
I came across JUST ANSWER on GOOGLE. They offered FREE SERVICE. I had an inquiry regarding on "how to replace O2 sensor on Ford BA Falcon "
They requested an HONESTY Payment of $5.00. I did this through PAYPAL. The mechanic name TYLER HENRY in AU gave me answer which I queried. I sent a message and he wanted to talk but this was going to cost me $48.00. I declined. I checked the small print and found that $48.00 would be automatically deducted each month. I didnt want this service and closed the PAGE. I checked my emails to see if PAYPAL had deducted the $5.00. An email from PAYPAL showed an Invoice from JUST ANSWER for $48.00 and payment had been made. I checked my Bank statement and this amount had been payed to JUST ANSWER.
I am concerned that JUST ANSWER will try to deduct $48.00 per month. I will advise my Bank of this.
I want a total REFUND of $48.00
I tried to contact JUST ANSWER by Phone 1800 964 0961 and this number was not available.
I have contacted PAYPAL regarding all this information and they are holding until a RESOLUTION can be gained between JUST ANSWER and myself.
