Los Angeles,#2REBUTTAL Individual responds
Tue, December 10, 2013
This is a fake complaint plane and simple. A good friend brought this to my attention and I was shocked to also find that it takes thousands of dollars to remove a post due to internet laws protecting real claims.
This was posted by an angry competitor and was posted exactly one week after a historic sale was made by my office to clients he had worked with in the past. This individual even called my clients in anger after loosing the deal. I hate to participate in any negativity and the best thing one can do is ignore and walk away.. however, removing a post can also take a very long time. If you read the post carefully you can see that it is a made-up scenario. What kind of a family would be in the situation to have a $500,000 purchase price differential?? Does that make sense? That would have to be a multi-million dollar purchase and one that my office would surely know about. With not comparables? or knowledge of price in the area? Completely fake...I have negotiate amazing purchase prices for all my clients and these can all be verified with testimony.
For the record, I have not one upset client in the many years of my experience, 99% of my clients are reffered by clients who I also consider friends or repeat customers. I am a top buyer's producer in my office for a reason. The problem is that any angered competitor can pose as a family or client and make such a post. (This persons grammer is even off....writting "now" indstead of "know" even more verifying who he is.)
Please read the post once again and also notice the juvenile anger at the end that speaks volumes on the hater individual that wrote it.
I intead to persue the individual to the highest extent of the law, and for now, I have each and every client's refferal at the disposal of anyone who wishes my representation.......and for the agent who wrote it; move on...
Many Thanks,
