Complaint Review: Keller Williams/ Richard - Nationwide

I found a house I wanted to buy but had credit issues I needed to clear up, the realtor and mother of the home owner (who claimed she had power of attorney) said that was fine, take your time, sign right here, so we did. We asked to see the power of attorney, and they said they would show us when they brought the papers we signed back (the copy). Time went on, no power of attorney. 6 Months into the year signed agreement, the realtor told us to apply for a loan to see where we stood and that way we know what we need to do, so we did, and of course we got a denial letter.

So, we contacted a credit specialist who we paid to have him help work with the credit issues, next thing we know, a for sale sign is in the yard. Now we are still under the one year agreement, yet they took our money and are now trying to sell the house to someone else? I think they broke the contract 6 months into it when they put the sign in the yard AND brought people to look at the house!

So, after the year, they say we lost all the money we put towards the house and have 10 days to move. Demanding I paint the entire house and have the carpets professionally cleaned. I'm sorry, that aint happening!

After reviewing the papers we signed 1 year prior, the papers he copied and gave us, we found they changed the percentage rate from 3.5 to 96.5 and the realtor initialed it, our intitials are not there, looking closer, on some of the papers, the address is wrong, taking a closer look, the power of attorney is wrong, the home owners name is on some papers and some of them have the mothers name signed as home owner! Unbelievable!!! So, when we signed the papers, they changed stuff, made the copies and brought it back to us. We didnt have any reason to look at the copies until they started acting funny 6 months after we signed the papers. 

The mother THERESA DELOZIER, brought over 3 contracts demanding I sign them right then and there, no time to read them cause she has to go on vacation....whatever. She harassed us for 3 days straight, coming to the house several times each day. My neighbor called the police one day because we refused to sign her papers and she sped off in her car with 2 little girls in it, coming up on 2 wheels cussing as she is speeding down the street. She actually had the nerve to say she was afraid of my husband, yet continues to show up, where he is. Then turned around attempts to harrass him at work!

The mother came every month around mid month saying she was going out of town and needed to collect the rent, and we always gave it to her. Well, after we started to figure all this out, she starts getting nasty and cussing us, belittling us, and yelling at us. We have had to call the police at least 4 times in less than a month! I have 7 recordings of her lying and yelling. She even sent her son to the house to intimidate us!

We went to the broker of keller williams here in town, who told us that the amount on the books was double what is was suppose to be. Not really sure what thats about.

She stated last month that she had to go get power of attorney (I do have that on recording). She was suppose to have that a year ago! Then upon looking online, this house has been on the market over 500 days, hmmm, I been here 365 days, so it was never took off the market! 

So, Teresa Delozier (the mom) and Richard "reason" Garrett (realtor) are trying to sell the house out from under us, or to 2 people at the same time. Either way, they still refuse to produce power of attorney, they still changed the contract on us and are scamming us!
