Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Kemo (Kemostry) Randolph is a sound engineer, music producer and independent music artist in New York. He is the owner of Juzz Born Entertainment which has affiliates, Juzz Roc the Mic Radio Juzz Roc the Mic TV and other JRTM companies.

Randolph lied to me to get me to invest in his business. We signed and notarized agreements which state that upon termination of the contract he would pay me back IN FULL.

Randolph terminated the contract in June 2015 however he is refusing to honor the terms of the legally binding contract agreement. I have invested over $12,000 in Randolph. He has stated he will just "rip up the contracts". Apparently he thinks if he rips them up they become no longer binder, however, I of course have a copy of a signed notarized contract.

He is countiing on me not taking him to court due to expense and general hassle of a court case.

Beware of this individual and anyone associated with his company. His fiance, Ilissa May, is CEO of the company and is fully aware that he is committing this criminal offense and supports him in it. If either of them engage you to invest in their company or be involved in their company in any way, beware, they will not pay you, they will not honor legally binding contracts. They are thieves.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, November 27, 2017

This report is exaggerated and falsified as an attempt to slander the company's name and reputation. The investment was only $1,000 USD and a laptop which priced at $1,500 USD.The investor knew prior to tge agreement what funds were for and hiw much was needed. Juzz Born Entertainment was founded and funded independently from 2006 up until 2014 when we accepted sponsorships for the 1st annual JRTM Awards. Noone who invested in the company and/or award show has ever been "ripped off" . All funds were used specifically for each cause. As for our prior contract agreement, it was breached by the contractor, therefore the contract became void. This has been taken up and cleared with the BBB. There has been no subpoena for court , nor will there ever be, for there is no case. This was an attempt to ruin the credibility of our company because of personal issues, nothing to do with the contract or company. We have honored all parts of the agreement on our end.
