If you are looking for a general contractor to build your house, horse stables, etc, do not hire Ken Aussiker or his latest company Wellington Equestrian Development. We learned the hard way and after hearing his own subs and local suppliers saying how he does business. He does not spend any time on your job and does not provide any supervision and blames everyone else. Does not pay his subs on time. Just ask any of his subs he used before. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!

I would ceartainly welcome the person who created this report to come forward and discuss this with me.
I have never dealt with a client named Caroline , so i can only guess it sounds like a disgruntled employee or competitor trying to cause problems.
I am probably the most attentive contractor to all of my clients , i have a list of over 100 subcontratcors who are fully satisfied with my job performance and dealings with them . All of these are available for review to anyone wishing to discuss.
Once again I welcome who has created this false report to come forward and meet me at any time!
