ken russo refered me to http://www.pathway-2-prosperity.net

i put in $5000 and my mother put in $5400 and my brother then place in $5000 in as well

all under the recommendation of KEN RUSSO

This man made a good commission from the $15400 and he told me on the phone that it was 100% risk free and bullet proof

this man was very convincing and it appears the fact we have not been paid and the site is now off line ken russo will no longer return my calls the 2 times i have managed to get him to answer the phone he just hangs up on me

i am distressed that i believe my family have been defauded by Ken Russo what do i do??

can i report this somewhere

i am at totatal loss why anyone would do this to us

I do feel for you as I also was referred to P2P and lost money. But it was not the person who referred me fault. I think you are placing the blame on the wrong party. I agree with what the other person suggested. Check with who you used to send your money and file a complaint with them. And maybe they will be able to get you a refund. The Canadian Police are investigating them and so are other agencies. But I do feel it is unfair of you to blame the person who told you about it. He repeated to you what we all were told. I never received a penny. I am out several thousand and I couldn't afford it. But the only one I can blame is myself for investing more than I could afford to lose. If you blast him on the phone the way you did in here, its no wonder he is not answering your calls. This isn't the first one I have lost money in and no matter how you fight it, you never get it back.

How to possibly get some money back

#3Consumer Suggestion

I am in the same boat as you...put $10,000+ in p2p. If you put it in through SolidTrustPay or AlertPay (which I did), you can contact them (put a support ticket from the payment processor's website) and ask for your money back. They have frozen the owner's account and will start paying out to the members as soon as the police investigation is completed. If you invested through Energy Bank you're probably out of luck going that route. If that's the case I would suggest you go to Talkgold's website and look under closed programs and scam warnings. There you will find numerous posts about p2p, what to do and whom to contact (of all the authorities) complete with phone number and all. Many peolpe are very upset and they will not let the owner get away. He is actually under arrest warranty from N. Dakota SEC (see their website) and others (in Canada), possibly even others. I haven't checked for a few weeks now. Another helpful website would be You Cannot Be Serious. Good Luck Di
