Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Tried one hour later to get my Original Car Back; was told they sold it they say for $10,000.00; also a LIE when I had a person interested in buying it for $20,000.00.  Was contacted by Joe that since I made Perfect Payments for one year he was going to REFINANCE a new car 2017  to bring payments to $200.00 including taxes. I was just given a car which I hated and still do, no tinted windows nothing in this heat in Miami, FL., material seats which are itchy and get dirty and a color I hate.

I truly believe Joe was trying to avoid me for three days which I have been told I could have returned car in and get a lease that I could afford. I also had taken in an advertising that had arrived in the mail referring to a lease for $200.00 with $5,000.00 down.  He took that and tore it up and threw it away saying I would not want to put $5,000.00 down since I had perfect credit with Toyota Finance.

They had me wait months looking for my original car back; never found one.  I could not afford payments of $500 per month had to borrow first two.  They have Ruined my perfect credit both individually and with Toyota Finance.

They won't let me take advantage of new lease 2018 deals Camry fully loaded, leather seats with $5,000.00 down.

Since I was never given option to Negotiate the price of new car, they just said they were giving me the best deal out there.  Now I AM Totally Upside Down, I Would Need to come up with $20,000.00 to hand car in and Toyota Finance would Not do a Lease Loan for me because of all the mess with the 2017 car; totally forgetting my Perfect Payments on my original car for one year.

I went to see General Manager Ryan Hall and he told me Joe would have to take the hit!  He was lying to me by telling me what I wanted to hear.

Now, I am being hounded daily by people calling me that they were going to come and TAKE the car, trying to set up maintanence appointments to take car back and sending me mail to remind me to take car into for maintenance.  When in actuality they want to Repossess the car which would again ruin my personal credit and never be able to lease ANY car again.

Please cann you help me.  I need to Lease a 2018 lease at $200.00 including taxes which is being offered now; I'll even lease it at same dealer with another honest salesperson, if that exists!

I need Toyota Finance to finance the Lease for me considering my perfect credit with them for one year. I have also contacted the Division of Finance and Toyota refuses to reply to them. I have also contacted Chris Roberts the President of Kendall Toyota; never a response back

This is not meant to be insensitive, but the reality is that your medical condition is a non-issue in this case and the only reason you are putting it in is to try and gain some sympathy. Now, I have no reason to doubt your medical condition. But whether you have an 88 page or 888 page "medical report" that is inconsequential when it comes to buying a car.

However, it may be important in determining if you should even be driving. As if your brain suffers from "confusion" this could be deadly if this confusion occurs while you are behind the wheel of a 2,000 lb moving vehicle. If you say it doesn't affect your driving then you can't say it affects other decisions you make..such as car purchases.

So don't expect your old car back or being able to get a $200 car payment with $5,000 down. By the way if you still have $5,000 to put down why can't you use at toward the payments.  Just by themselves that is about 10 months of payments nd there would have been no reason you needed to borrow the first two.   You can also do things to possibly reduce  your monthly payment.

Review your paperwork (or have SOMEONE look it over).  If the dealer added any "extras" such as Warranties, Maintennce Packages, Insurance those all add to your monthly payment.  Depending on how long this has been you may be able to get them cancelled and get a full refund applied to your loan and reduce your monthly payments.  In some cases these "extras" could double your payment.

Hope it works out for you.

TOOK CAR AFTER I HAD ALL READY TO TAKE IN

I had all ready to take car into dealership this morning but they took the car overnight with all my personal belongings and my tag. I am willing to go to dealership and pay to lease a new car with a co-signer if necessary.

I have never been hiding the car.  All I want is to get financing for a lease $200 per month including taxes and pay $5,000.00 down on fully loaded 2018 camry.  They tried to push a corola on me where payments were even higher $495.00 per month I returned it next day.  I was told there is nothing else I can do.

Now the Division of Finance got a response from Ryan Hall cannot copy paste.

WAS IN AN ACCIDENT HAVE 3 BRAIN LESIONS & 5 HERNIATED DISCS IN MUCH PAIN

At time I signed a plethora of documents my mind and body were in great pain.  I trusted the salesperson to give me best deal since he had given me a great car first time around for a full year.  The minute I returned home, less than one hour, I did call to say I was not going to keep car and I was taking it back in next morning. Was told not to bother since my car was gone and there were no other deals to be made and I would end up without a car at all.  I did go back in and met with general manager Ryan Hall, who said Joe would have to take hit on money and that he was going to have Shaw look in auction for a car like my original.  Took over two months no car and they stopped returning my calls.

I have been in great pain and confusion with my brain since my accident that has left me disabled.  I never thought Joe would rip me Off.  I am a woman alone with a physical disability and emotional trauma once my only son died.  If not he would have been there for me.  I have no family left.  All I did was trust Joe.  I was never offered a lease which I could have easily afforded as the advertisement I took in showed; that Joe ripped up.  I would be happy to show you all 88 pages of medical report confirming my condition.  It was Joe that kept contacting me to take in my original car which I loved and had the works.

Please take these facts into consideration when addressing my concerns and ripp off.

There are really not enough details here as to see if they ripped you off or not.  However, if they ripped you off YOU let them do it.  Just based on your account of the transaction you had the world's biggest sucker sign above your head and let them use you as a doormat.

The fact is they didn't force you to do anything. At any time if you didn't like the deal, payment, color, seats, ANYTHING you could have gotten up and walked out. But instead of that you decided to stay and let them talk you into this deal. This sounds like nothing more than being outwitted by salespeople that are more experienced.

Contrary to what you may have been "told", unless you have something in writing from the dealer or finance company that says you have 3 days to return the car it there are no such laws that say you have any "cooling off period".  This means the second you sign the documents the transaction is FINAL and the car is yours. But even if you did have this right, You didn't need to call your salesperson first.  If you really wanted to return the car you would have just had to go to the dealer turn it in.

As for them reposessing the car. Finance companies only reposess cars if you are delinquent, by the time you get to this stage you already have late payments and negative marks.  They don't need you to come to them to get the car back. If you are really hiding the car they can just follow you until they find it. You could run into a grocery store one day and when you get out your car is gone. A good repo man can get the car in less than a couple minutes.

Unless you are keeping the car locked up in a garage 24/7 it is fair game.  Oh and if you are keeping it locked up all they need to do is get  a court order for you to give it to them.  One other thing about a Repo the more it costs them to get it the more you end up paying because YOU are not only responsible for the balance of the loan/lease you are responsbile for the costs of the repo.

Next time perhaps you should take someone a bit more experienced in dealing with salespeople.
