Taylor Chandler of Kenmore Sales came to my house to sale magazine subscriptions. He sold me a $65 magazine for my daughter for Christmas 2007. The magazine never came for Christmas and I still have not received it.

Lisa, On behalf of RLA, INC. we would like to apologize for the agent mis-leading information that he gave you. On your receipt where you signed it does state "Allow 120 to 160 days for delivery." After a thorough investigation our findings were as follows. Your subscription for Western Interiors & Design was sent out to you in March. Which you should be receieving now. The subscription for Turtle was sent out in June. Your daughter should be receiving her first issue shortly. We once again apologize for any misleading information by the former agent.
