Folks, this guy is a classic scam artist, smooth as silk at convincing you but as sly as a fox. Everything negative you have read on this site about Kenneth Schneider and KAS Funding is 100% true based upon my experiences also. He can never be reached. He is a one man shop, but tries to give the appearance of a large underwriting firm. He promises funding commitments which, when delivered, aren't worth the paper they are written on. Demands up-front money which he claims is refundable, but never actually gets refunded, because he conveniently disappears when the time comes that he hasn't performed. He never provides any physical address for his business, and doesn't use email, only faxes in this day and age of modern technology.
He should be prosecuted. People like him should be removed from society and placed behind bars where they belong!
