Kens Appliance & Repairs Kenneth Porcaro Unprofessional Unreliable Scam Artist totowa New Jersey
Showed up looked at my dish washing machines. Told me they were broken which i knew already thats why i called him. Told me I need one new one and the other he can fix. Took money never showed back up or called about whne he will be fixing the dish washer. I texted him asked him what is happening and when he will be back to fix it he said I cant do anything for you because they are not fixable. Ok so i asked when he will be returnung my money back since he will be doing no work, he said I do not return money for diagnosis. First off he said i am paying him because he is able to fix the machine, 2nd had he told me it was for diagnosis I would never hired him because I did not need a diagnosis I knew what was wrong my self I just didnt know how to change the part which wasnt workong so hired him to do it. I also called the actual manufacturer and they said that he lied its a simple change of a filter whihc was stopping the machine from functioning. Be aware of this person do not let him into your home!
