Kensington Assistance Agency theyripped me off of $290. i did not give them my bank info but they had my routing and account numbers. New York New York
This Kensington Assistance Agency sent me a card through the mail. They said on the card that I may be able to get a grant. one that doesn't have to be paid back.
So I called them and after listening to them talk for about 20 to 30 minutes. I asked them how much this was going to cost me. Well they said that it would cost $289.95, But not to worry that they would wait untill 03/01/2006 to take it out of my checking account.
they wanted my routing and account numbers so they would be able to get the money on march 1st. I told them that I was not going to give them my bank information. Well he just started telling me the routing and account number to my checking account.
This guy gave me his name as Kevin Smith employ id # 0324. And i told not to take anything out of my account and he said he wouldn't. so I left it alone. next thing I know I have bad checks out because they withdrew the monry anyway. Then he gave me a number to call back with a customer access # to talk to a Ronnie William. I had 3 numbers to call and they are all disconnected now.
All I want is my money back pluss some help with paying some overdraft charges that they caused.
