Is this the latest real estate scam? Pretty much every company out there has some reviews or negative reports when you search. This company has been wiped clean or has avoided them so far? The only negative is rumors that Memphis invest is under investigation and lost some lenders due to some conflict of interest. Be cautious as these guys make there money selling information not necessarily real estate. If they make so much money doing actual real estate deals then the question always remains why are they not doing these deals rather then selling "How to" guides and memberships? They could easily hire people to go find and buy up every good deal on the market. Thanks to new remputation gaurantee software online it is now possible for scamers to wipe their negative reports off the searches by paying a fee! When everything is for sale truth and honesty disapear. Welcome to the repeating cycle of humanity deteriorating through deceptions. When deception is the norm be very cautious as this means only two things. The honest people will demand restoration or the dishonest will destroy the societies. If you have any bad reports please add them so consumers can be protected and we can clean up this mess complacency has created in America and worldwide. Long live the fighters for Truth, honesty, goodness, prosperity, peace, and harmony being restored on earth!

WHEN SOMEONE DOESN'T GET RESULTS THEY OFTEN TIMES WILL LABEL IT A SCAM INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBLITY THEMSELVES THAT THEY NEVER DID WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO SUCCEED.
I'm familiar with this sytem and strategy and it works....However you must be committed to doing the things necessary to have success with it. This isn't a faucet that you turn on and results and or money flows out it. I see it all the time....
People invest in coaching, mentoring, a system, a home business opprotunity that hundreds and even thousands of people are having success with but because they can't seem to succeed or are unwilling to do what's necessary they say its a scam or a rip-off. If other people are succeeding at it then WHY aren't YOU? Hmmmmm....perhaps you need to take a look in the mirror and don't be so quick to judge.

......It would seem that your complaint against this company is that there are no complaints against this company. I sense some level of paranoia and/or conspiracy in your words.
I personally know of this company, though I do not subscribe to their services. I find it helpful when a company compiles information for my use (as this one does) that otherwise would take a great deal of time to package together,
As to why they are selling a service and a "how to" on the internet instead of investing in real estate as they purport to do, I can only say that I have several businesses and I often put together seminars and training packages to help others learn about the field. That is how we help each other. Yes, I make some money off of the training I do. I find, as a business person, that there is great benefit in having multiple sources of income.
Perhaps you might calm down and get some actual facts first. I doubt that anyone who took the time to investigate this, or any company, would give much consideration to your very vague complaint and your conspiacy theories.

I am a victim of Kent Clothier's Marketing. This guy is very slick at marketing, and has his gang to back him up.
It seemed innocent that I ordered a DVD from find cash buyers now . I input my personal info along with my credit card information to order a $4.99 DVD. The following day, I got a called from Johnny Gutiezzer. This guy is a liar, thief, and stole every penny that I had selling a worthless system that I can get from the web for free. These guys are thieves. They stole from un-suspect victims whether they are home sellers or consumers. If they are so good at wholesaling, why not keep doing it, and make tons of money, instead of stealing from innocent people like us.
