I had purchased a bed online with no problems. The next day Kevin called wanting my credit card info to confirm my order. I informed him I didnt have any problems online placing the order and I only want one bed. I was afraid he was trying to place another order but he said he couldnt ship my online order without confirming card info. Kevin was very persistant even after I argued for 15 minutes. I confirmed my credit card info which he should of all ready had from my online purchase and he told me my bed would be shipping the next day. Two days later Jennifer Woodin called to confirm my shipment of a totally different bed and I told her no I didnt purchase that bed. I told her about Kevin calling and I wanted to speak with a manager. I felt scammed immediately. Jennifer said Kevin would be getting ahold of me. Kevin calls me being very mouthy telling me he's sending 2 beds I ordered both of them. Kevin goes on and blames me saying I ordered one on the phone with him then after we got off the phone I ordered a different bed online. So They are charging me for two beds. I only purchased one bed online. I had to dispute this with my bank with took a couple months but did get my money back for the second bed. I still feel very ripped off do to the fact that the bed I have is not the bed I ordered and more expensive. This company needs to be shut down as soon as possible 

. I have no idea how they are still doing business by ripping people off .

This mutual customer placed orders for several companies online over the period of several days.  She placed her order online with us for a tanning bed and also with another company at the same time.  Then when her tanning bed was getting set up for delivery she contacted our company and stated that she didn't order (2) tanning beds.  We told her that she only had (1) on order with us that she must have ordered another (1) from another company.  Which come to find out, that is exactly what happened.  She went online and placed several tanning bed orders with several companies, and somehow not knowing and stating to us that she didn't place these orders.  At the end of the day, we had to have the tanning bed returned to our warehouse and sent back and cancelled the customers order.  Everything that could be done right was done on our part, as we have been in business for over 25 years with 100,000's of happy customers.
