I paid Kevin Ellner to bulid our back patio, after paid him $6500. He did not finish our patio and did not return any my calls or e mail.  After some search online I notice Kevin have been ripping people on purpose. I have filed consumer complaint form at the Attorney genral office. www.oag.state.tx.us

The person who posted this complaint is either an unhappy ex-employee who was fired or a sub contractor who's contract was not renewed. I have been in business for 20 years and there are no sub contractors or ex employees who are still owed money. It is not uncommon for me to have a sub contractor re work a project or make changes to work they have done if the work is not correct or not up to the standards of my company. Unfortunately in is part of doing business. My crews are paid for work that is done correctly and meets the standards of my customers and my company. If work has to be corrected or redone the sub contractor is responsible for the corrections. Unfortunately the sub contractor is often unhappy about having to go back and rework things or make corrections. It take 5 minutes for a someone to post negative press and unfortunately they are not held accountable for such slanderous posts. I have made numerous attempts to find out who posted this complaint and the author will not respond. I am positive that the complainant is another contractor or a sub contractor who was unhappy about being let go. I have no outstanding issues with any customers and I owe no contractors for any work. my husband worked for kevin he had no idea that he was ripping off customers untill the last job when the client found out how bad kevin was my husband finished the job for her and he was paid and shes happy e-mail me if u need a job finished
