Kevin Kraft As Import Restorations Thief, sold junk, rusted car on Ebay, stole my money and lied Hazel Park Michigan
I purchased a Honda Accord from Kevin Kraft on Ebay. The car was listed in good condition, and it had photos that looked good. I spoke with Kevin on the phone, and he told me he would pay for 1/2 of the shipping, to ship the car from Michigan to Idaho.
I purchased the auction, and overnighted Kevin a cashiers check. This is when my nightmare began.
I could not get in touch with Kevin for over 2 weeks. When I finally did, I was upset and asked him "what in the hell was going on, we need the car, you said you would ship it immediately". He responded with cursing, saying he didn't like my f***n attitude, and would not help pay for shipping".
I proceded with e-mailing him that I was going to contact the FBI, and am filling fraud reports with local detectives in his area. Eventually another creppy person from his shop called me, and arranged to have the car shipped. This was over 3 weeks after the Ebay auction ended.
When the car finally did show up, it was a rusted piece of junk that looked like it came straight from the junkyard. It had wires hanging down the front part of the car. I started it up, and the check engine light immediately came on. I had a car service company look at it, and it was so screwed up they couldn't even run diagnostics on it. The Ebay pictures he took, were at an angle where you couldn't see any of the issues with the car. He is a crook, and is completely deceptive and evil.
I have filled felony Internet fraud reports with the FBI, and the Hazel Park police department. I am going to also have a judgement against him in the amount of $4,000 when I can find his address and identify any assets he may have. He is such of a coward, he is probably living in his mommies basement because everyone is out to get him.

There is a car on Craig's list I looked at. The guy BSed me and later threatened me in an email. Same name. The car was NOT at his place BUT at an address that was BLOCKS from that Hazel park address mentioned above. I do not think its a coincidence. Kevin is a pos. You might get a judgement against him, but he seems to have many already. Last I knew, he was holed up hiding behind his girlfriend's skirt in Detroit. xx Newport Ave Warren MI 48089 I too have a judgement but he didn't even show up for court.
