Key Real Estate employs a SLUMLORD JOHN EDWARDS!!!
I would NEVER buy from this company especially from HIM!!
HE DOES NOT KEEP HIS PROPERTIES IN GOOD REPAIR NOR KEEP UP TO HEALTH CODES!
He is rude and very unprofessional.
THE JERK Sent a letter to a neighborhood and instead of showing his face and seeing the factual information, including police reports on all the parties at his rental, he decieded to play juvenile games and not take responsibility for his incompetence in renting to Section 8 people who do NOT take care of the house, ANNOY at least 7 neighbors and he is simply but the biggest SLUMLORD in the world!!!
He needs to move on and sell this place if he cannot screen his tenants references and have no party policies and require full home maintanance by the renters or himself!!!
